The last time they came out which was at the end of January I was told the same no problems. Now half way through February and there is a full infestation in my clients bedroom that was just recently confirmed not infested. Not to mention they had to be there for a couple of months seeing some though after a full examination of her body/skin she been getting bit noticeably bit since December. Don't waste your money or time this company is clearly just out to make money the lest they report the more you'll call them back with the same issues.
