I had to switch from CVS due to a change in my insurance, but haven't had any problems getting prescriptions yet and the co-pays seem to be cheaper than what I was paying before. You can also pick up the same kind of stuff you would get anywhere else. The line can get long for prescription pickup so better to go early or late to avoid the crowd.
